Cooper Home Health, Inc. was established in May of 1993 by Nicki Beeler and Tina Janes, two local Registered Nurses with extensive clinical experience and a passion for helping people. In the beginning these two nurses shared all responsibilities for every job, from clerical duties and janitorial work to nursing visits. Their commitment and dedication brought the agency from a small hometown operation to a thriving competitive organization.
Our first office was a small rented space with only a table top copier, a portable electric typewriter, and lots of bugs. We now have over 6000 sq ft of office space on the square in downtown Cooper, TX with modern, state-of- the-art equipment and sophisticated software (with no bugs.) We also operate a licensed branch office in Mineola, TX and are proud to be a part of that community.
Nicki Beeler, R.N., M.S.N. is now the sole owner of Cooper Home Health, Inc. She is a graduate of the University of Texas System School of Nursing, was a member of the Longhorn Band, and is still active in the Longhorn Alumni Band. She has over 35 years of nursing experience in a wide array of fields, including mental health, emergency room, labor and delivery, hospital administration, nursing school faculty, hospice and home health. As a resident of Delta County, she is involved in the community and feels strongly about taking care of friends and neighbors. “We are proud to be independently owned and operated, which affords us more autonomy and the ability to set our own high standards for service quality and professionalism, understanding that these have a direct impact on our reputation and success.” Nicki and Allen Beeler have three children and are members of Lamar Avenue Church of Christ in Paris, Texas.
Cooper Home Health, Inc would not be successful without our outstanding dedicated employees. The agency employs over 350 caring individuals and serves patients in 18 counties in Northeast Texas. Despite the growth, we are committed to keeping that small town friendliness and dedication to customer service. We do our best every day, for every consumer, recognizing that even the ordinary things we do can have an exceptional impact if done in extraordinary ways, with energy, passion, and a desire to do things right.

Our mission is to provide high quality health services in the least restrictive environment, the client’s residence, in order to promote wellness, dignity, mobility, and independence. We accept patients for care regardless of race, color, national origin, religion, disability, gender, age or any other category protected by law. With a strong commitment to customer service, we strive to always put the patient first, and treat all of our customers with kindness, dignity and respect.
